Try giving her some bottled water with a tiny tiny bit of sugar in it, she may be constipated from the formula or is tense for some reason, no fruit juices, and ask your Ped if suppositories are okay for her.

get some advice from her pedia, new born baby normally pooed once or twice a day, same time everyday but if she had a problem with the milk (specially if it's a formula) you better consult it with the pedia ASAP.
sometime they don't want to make a poo if they are constipated coz it hurts, they got this if the formula is not suited with their tummy, your baby really need help.

First let me start by saying congratulations
2nd i think you should give your little baby girl some 5oz warm water with 1/2 oz pure baby apple juice as this will help clear out your babies system, i have to use this on both of by babies when they were little.
If you find that this doesn't work just call and ask your health visitor, she be more then happy to help you.
Good luck

no, that is not normal. has she been urinating. if not thats a sign of dehydration. if u r breastfeeding maybe u r not producing enough milk and may need to supplement the feedings with formula or something. call her dr., there is ussually a hotline for new mom's to call if they have questions.
