You may attend classes or try to get a book on "How to learn Spanish". These may help. Try surfing online and learn new words and sentences. A book and online may give you enough space and time to catch up. Classes may be rushing and you may stress yourself.

i'm reading a poetry book by pablo neruda. half the page is in spanish the other half is the same poem translated into english.
it seems to be a good way to pick up vocabulary. i also used a sp/eng dictionary to learn the pronunciation of the letters.

or you can just by a disc for learning spanish
costs around 300 very useful
