Your graphics card would have to have an s-video out jack on the back and hook that to your tv. Or you could use a dvi or dvi-d cable from you card if your tv is so equipped. The dvi connection is the same one (usually blue) that hooks up your monitor. Do one of the options and you will have picture and sound. The quality would be as good as your tv.

The problem that you'll run into is that the resolution on a television is not nearly as good as that on a computer monitor. You'll get a maximum of a few hundred lines vertical resolution and a few hundred pixels of horizontal resolution. You won't be able to vary the scan rate either. The main difference between television sets and computer monitors is that a television signal is analog, not digital. It was never intended to produce the resolution that a modern computer requires. Televisions used to be used for computer monitors, but that was in the day of the early Apple, Commodore and Atari systems. At best, a television, (no matter how large the screen), could handle maybe 40 characters of text across, by something like 20 or 30 vertical. When you try to cram more than that on a screen, the resolution was just so poor that you couldn't see the characters. Even though you have a 27 inch TV, the resolution is no better than a smaller one. Larger monitors, if the resolution is the same as a small one, run into the same problem. Most really large monitors have greater resolution, making them able to display much more information. This requires, also, a video card that is capable of managing that great resolution. It takes a faster video processor and more video RAM to be able to do it. In the end, the 27 inch TV is ok as a TV, but would be completely worthless as a monitor. Some new flat screen TV's come with a computer input, and they would work much better. You can use them for both TV and monitor.

Yes you can using a add-on card 'TV Tuner Card'

You will get most of the options in TV in your computer also, after TV Tuner Card is well placed in it and appropriate driver is installed.
Remote Control, Channel Selections, Recording Videos/Music etc etc..

But Video/Music quality may be not as TV. A Multimedia system with a good TV Tuner Card can deliver average quality.

I dnotknow. It may be possible. The monitor or display of a computer is the primary user interface. Monitor problems are some of the most common computer problems since the voltages inside a monitor can be as high as 10 KV. Many of the problems can be fixed yourself by simply changing the settings. It depends on the TV. If you are using something like an LCD TV, it most likely has a VGA connection to it, you can just plug it in. There are also VGA to Composite (the yellow wire) converters on eBay for around 5 bucks. And you can send sound throu composite too (wihte and red) you get a 3.5mm 2 way male wire and a 3.55 to composite converter and plug in the cables. Plug in the yellow, white, and red cables into your tv and enjoy.

You would need a graphics card with an S-Video out card and you can use your regular computer speakers. It's actually pretty decent quality for it.
