YES YOU ARE ALLOWED ONLY TWO TERMS IN OFFICE AND THERE IS NO LAW STATING THAT THEY HAVE TO BE BACK TO BACK. BUT ONCE THOSE TWO ARE COMPLETE THEN YOUR WHITE HOUSE DAYS ARE OVER. AN EX PRESIDENT FOR INSTANCE CLINTON COULD NOT RUN AS THE VICE PRESIDENT WITH HIS WIFE IF SHE RUNS IN 08 BECAUSE IF SHE DIED THEN HE WOULD BECOME PRESIDENT IE BREAKING THE TERM LIMIT LAW.

Yes he could. He never served a second term and even if he had he could still run since he's been out of office for at least four years. Other Presidents who could run include: Ford, Carter, and Clinton.

yes he is eligable for one more term as president. and in the congress a person can serve as many terms as they can get elected to. as far as state and local offices I dont know every state has it own election laws
