I am unable to follow your question.

In finance, one is Receipts and the other is Payments.

Put all your income in a book and expenses in another.
Try to mark it how you earn those amounts.

Rercord all receipts by cash or cheque and deduct from the total the loan or gift received, that would give you the earning.
