How do i insert a text bar on My websites which allows user to surf anonymously??

I want to make a website like ATunnel where it aloows users to serve anonymously you do this by on the website typing a URL into a bar. How do i make one of these websites and where can i get one og these bars from is there HTML for them?

first time for me..but its look interesting, you can hide ur IP and any information from the computer, is it the script base website.. its look like, server/hosting based on it.. like you crawl from another computer...
