My ex's brother lives with his mom and has all his life-he is 41and has a part time job, intelligent, and quiet type of guy. He doesn't date anyone and has only a very small hand full of friends that he sees rarely. He also keeps his thoughts to himself.
He is not a hermit but nor is he a leach-just who he is.
