My boyfriend is from the UK and and now he's thinking of getting circumcised? I have very little sexual experience so can anyone tell me how much of a difference it makes. I've heard somewhere it feels different, but how? and what else does it make different?

Tell him not to do it!

Don't make him do it!

Don't ask him to do it!

It will have very little effect on you at least for now but later as he ages he will very likely start having trouble "getting off". (also as you "age" he will have more trouble getting off) Because of the loss of sensation in his penis a circumcised man has to use his visual and imagination for the excitement to drive his orgasm.

Why do you think Arabs (circumcised) were polygamous? They needed new excitement, younger tighter (you know where) bodies, Those that could afford more wives, took more wives, those that couldn't either give up on sex (that is what the circumcisors wanted to have happen) or leave their wives for younger women. The later is still what happens, the other alternative is fooling around with the secretary.

Wouldn't you rather he could always be satisfied with you?

Don't circumcise your sons.

let him do it. difference it seems that it makes a difference to some but not all women. my g/f, when i got circumcised at 23. loved it. much prefers now (had never been with a guy that was circumcised before me)
aparently she feels more. I don't exactly feel any more, just better feeling if that makes sense. the head being exposed all the time makes the ridge more 'noticable' and feel the direct contact against the inside of my girl rather than skin sliding back and forth.
and well, i know my girl would never have gone down there uncut. but now, loves it, literally.
obviously alot cleaner. being permenently exposed rather than covered by skin 24/7.
and there will probably be a few guys on here with some chip on thier shoulder about it saying he'll lose sensitivity ect ect, its mutilation blah blah. it is all wrong. only a guy that has had sex uncircumcised and then circumcised could possibly say anything about that due to every persons perception of pleasure/sensitivity being different.
and it DOES NOT hurt. just uncomfortable for a couple weeks and no sex for 6 weeks

basically, sex and cleanliness are alot better circumcised. that is my opinion/experience anyway. it is well worth doing it

Yes, is a very good idea. Tell him to circumcised ASAP.

Don't believe those who talk about mutilation and all that bullshit. Circumcision is NOT an amputation. Circumcision is NOT comparable at all to female circumcision, which is something completely different.

Circumcision is beneficial, keeps the penis cleaner and lowers the risk of urinary infections.

Several studies carried out by prestigious research bodies have concluded that circumcision reduces the risk of contracting AIDS-HIV and other STD's. Have a look at:
http://icuxbridge.icnetwork.co.uk/news/tm_objectid=14095142&method=full&siteid=53340&headline=-circumcision-protects-against-aids--name_page.html

As for women, research has also found that circumcision reduces infection and AIDS-HIV risks for female partners. Read this article for more details:
http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/Press_releases/2006/02_08_06.html

As for the claims of sensitivity reduction, no medical or physiological study has proved this, opposed common belief that circumcision reduces sensitivity. The American Academy of Paediatrics (AAP) confirms this on their web site; have a look at: http://www.aap.org/pubed/zzzjzmemh4c.htm

Circumcision is an easy and nowadays painless procedure that has many benefits, and virtually no risks. Circumcised penises look much better to.

Circumcision rates are INCREASING nowadays, both in the United States and overseas. Many African and South American countries with little circumcision tradition are starting to promote the procedure to help to reduce the AIDS-HIV infection rates.

I very much hope you make the right decision and chose, if you have a boy, to have him circumcised.

A European guy wants to be circumcized??? But why???? Usually, its the muslims dat do so...Is he a muslim??? Anyway, its like this, When u circumcize someone, it means peeling off the top layer of the skin which covers the tip of a penis...If you have seen an erect penis, u will notice that it seems longer than usual.....thats cuz the tip has come out of the skin which has been hiding it.... So, when u peel off that skin, it looks like its erect. But scientifically, doctors dont suggest circumsizing cuz that skin part is there to protect the penis....... Its really hard to explain this via this reply , but hope I helped!! Good Luck!

Do everything in your power to discourage him! Once the foreskin is chopped off, it's gone forever, and sex will never be as good for either of you again. It's absolutely barbaric! The only "purpose" of this surgery (besides making doctors rich) is to cut down on sexual pleasure, as our ancestors thought sex was dirty and should only be engaged in, reluctantly, to make babies.

Just a little help really, not that much. Without the foreskin, it makes it smoother, in a way. But there's also an added benefit to having it done. It prevents easy collection of bacteria and diseases.

it feels a little different but not much, it will affetc him more than it will affect you. but its a healthy thing to do. when a guy is uncircumsized he is at high rsk for STD's and 60% more likely to contract HIV than a man that is circumsized. its easy for bacteria and viruses to store itself under his foreskin, unless the guy keeps his penis as clean as possible. but every circumsized guy i know had the procedure done when they were infants. you shoudl check and see if there is any health risk getting the skin cut off so late. just a suggestion.
