There's no way anyone can tell if you've got a virus on your computer just from the info you've given there.

Well you most probably have spyware. This will take your information and send it to someone else that then somehow gets your passwords and uses your email as a spreaded of spam.

by the sounds of it...its too late....your computer has become a zombie working for other...(I think thats the right phrase anyhow)...best take it to a shop and have the hard drive wiped or something...they will know what to do.
