Can't they have their own biological?

I personally don't know if they can't have their own. They seem to think that adopting these children is going to give them a better life, in some instances this is true, but their money could be better spent giving the money to aid charities who can put it to good use for the children. It seems to be that a baby from a different country is the new celeb accessory.

Maybe they want to help the already living and needy children instead of making more babies of their own and ignoring the needs of the orphans/abandoned children of the world.
