(i cant remeber what its called) but i call it the telephone language where you use things like A for Alpha B for Bravo ETC the thing is i can only remember those 2 and dont know the rest HELP!

Depending on the law enforcement agency they may require a second alphabet known as the APCO phonetic alphabet. (APCO is the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials International) (Obviously yahoo can't figure out how to properly space anything, once again...)
