probably a combination of anorexia, bulimia and drugs, the fashion houses insist on stick thin models, and for the majority that's unatainable by normal dieting. Those sort of models should be BANNED.

The actual cause of death is usually dehydration caused by a virus infection. We all get colds and bugs from time to time. If you're massively underweight, you lack the resources to fight the infection.
So there's a message for anyone who thinks it's cool to be stick thin. As well as making you ugly, it makes you dead.

starvation, cause we live in a society that judges people on how they
look on the outside instead of whats inside...cause everyone wants to be super thin so that people would like them more....

Maybe starvation and stress and pressure--people puts pressure on them by they have to look like a twig.
