There's a mini microscope that tests the saliva . If its dots you are not fertile, if there are little wisps of ferns you are coming into ovalation and if its ferns you are ovalating. Its called a Maybebaby and can be purchased at the chemist. They are expensive around $75 Australian and are considered to be very helpful for couples trying to concieve. You can look up the Maybebaby on the net. Just type in Maybebaby. There are also herbalists that are mixing herbal mixtures to help couples get pregnant. Some of these herbalists have had a high success rate with their mixtures.
Good luck.

Lots of relaxed, enjoying yourself sex!!
Apparently if the woman orgasms BEFORE the man does that helps as muscles 'drag' the sperm in,(or so I read).
Oh and apparently if your other half builds up to nearly orgasm and then slows off a few times before actually ejaculating the force at which it comes out is greater (that's what hubby says and maybe it just feels that way) but hey, guess he would know, and higher velocity's gotta be a good thing, right?

Having little money living in a 3rd story apartment and your partner being sick, worked for me.
Seriously though having sex at certain times during the women's cycle and certain times during the mans cycle ( yes we do have cycles, where do u think wet dreams come from) will increase the chances, try positions with deep penetration.
PRACTICE AS OFTEN AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE.

Its really important to keep healthy. Make sure you dont drink too much, and if you smoke then quit straight away. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and it is recommended that you take folic acid tablets. Get plenty of exercise and of course plenty of sex. I wish you all the best x

Have sex every-other-day for a ten day period during the middle of your cycle. Drink loads of green or black tea, it's really effective at increasing fertility.
