Is there any way to 'unbleach' a bleach spot?

Most of my favorite shirts end up with bleach spots... can I get rid of the spots?

depending on the color and how bad the spots are. My friend is a hair dresses and works with bleach she has sharpie markers in every color and just matches the marker to the clothing and colors it in.

You can't remove bleach spots anymore unless you bleach the whole cloth to balance the color... Or maybe you can try dying them and uncover the bleached part... Just be careful next time in using bleach... Wash first the coloured cloths and then you follow the light-colored ones and the whites. So that when you will use bleach, the coloured ones will not be accidentally put on some space in the laundry area where some drop of bleach was sparkled.. If you are not the one washing your shirts, try to tell her all of these..

If you have a washing machine that is causing bleach spots, run a full wash cycle without the clothes.

The colors and the spots can only be duplicated, not removed. Try asking the Dry Cleaner in your community.
