It's hard to be the new kid, but I bet if you stop being self-conscious for a minute and look around, you will see a lot of other people who are also feeling awkward and out of place at school. Try and talk to another outsider, start with that.

Dear friend, from what I understand - you have shifted to a new school. you have been teased upon in your earlier school, though you have friends.
Now here is the answer.
Inferiority is not a disease or symptom. it is a psychological situation which arises when we start comparing ourselves with the people around us.
Now, this mentality of comparison is prevalent in children who grow with single parent or children who grow with parents who do not spend time with children and boost their morale.
Left alone the child starts to compare with children who are being well groomed by loving parents and this anguish slowly stems into a complex that the child does not have what the other person has.
REMEDY
Auto suggestion is one of the best solutions. to improve the morale
for example - write in a piece of paper " I AM THE BEST PERSON IN THE WORLD. WHATEVER I NEED, WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ME. I KNOW THAT I WILL GET IT. I WILL DO ALL THAT IS NEEDED TO GET WHAT I WANT. I WILL GET IT. I KNOW THAT I WILL GET IT."
Now, stand in front of a mirror and read this daily early in the morning - as soon as you wake up-
I assure you that you will find a great change in your attitude.
meditation and yoga are also good solutions.

i understand your situation.......u're just being shy or too self-conscious.....relax.....think about nothing except the presence.....imagine u're still in your old school n' how's things going as usual......be yourself.....or just make one close friend first n' discuss your problem....good luck
