You generally don't need a resume to work on a drilling rig. There is a high turnover rate right now because a lot of young people don't want to work that hard out in the weather. You can make good money if you stay with it. My younger brother has done it for about 9 years now and works 14 on and 14 off and makes about 70 grand a year, and he's only 32 years old.
