I have two mentors. One promotes authoritarian approach of leadership, & the other, diplomatic approach. The 1st one is passionate, the 2nd one is level-headed.
Which one is better to adapt?

Authoritarianism, in the long term, always leads to despair, war, famine. In the short term, it may lead to military success, but never to peace and happiness for the people, the true goal of any form of government.

I prescribe to the 2nd one, level-headed, but a wise man will combine both, the 2nd leading, the 1st vigilant.
