since joining yahoo i have noticed that some people are more gracious than others at accepting other people's oppinions.... usually i just roll my eyes and shake my head at these people and comfort myself with knowing that at least i'm not as insecure or childish as they are... but it seems that i have aquired a yahoo 'stalker'..... it started by me expressing my opinion on someone's answer. i wasn't nasty, and i simply gave my honest opinion without making fun of that person, but they seem to have taken it very personally, and now track every question and answer that i write, just so they can give me a thumbs down..... no - i'm not being paranoid, i don't just jump to conclusions without proof.... usually i would just ignore this person and get on with things, but i have always been told that i should speak out if someone treats me unfairly with no just cause. should i report this person to yahoo ?

Look at it positively... 1) This person must be enamoured by you :) 2) They are entitled to have an opinion... even though it's wrong ! 3) Accept that they have little else to do in life and that stalking you on Yahoo compensates for no longer being able to collect telegraph post numbers 4) Remember that they are a virtual person.. in other words... unless you give them your home address, you will never have to meet them 5) They will tire of this eventually, especially if you just continue to ignore them.

Report it to yahoo & wait for a reply without answering any more questions. You can open a new account with a different username to answer questions. Be careful in here cos there are sickos lurking around!

I would report this person especially if you have the proof. This site is to get truthful answers without being offensive. If there is someone stalking you to downgrade you - it can also be called Bullying & childish- good luck :-)

I wouldn't expect customer care to do anything about it.
Ignore them and they will eventually get bored and go away, right now you are giving that person the attention he/she wants.
