Yes and no.

No, because all your experiences, regardless of age, are filtered through your conceptions, moral and morays, your background, your upbringing, your mindset - everything that makes you you. Is it easier to say, look at teenagers as an adult and have a slightly more non involved viewpoint of them? Certainly.

But in the end, all of life is subjective, we just run under the auspices of collective consensus.

I know this: if you live your whole life in one place, you get a very biased view of the world. I know my view is biased, I can't wait to travel the world experiencing other cultures, peoples, ideas, points of view, and vibes.
