Oompa Loompas because they can work 24 hours a day with no breaks. Munchkins just sing high pitched songs.

Blast you for having to even make me consider this concept !!!!
Okay, depends on what weaponary they have. One Munchkin with an AK47 could hold off a small army of Oompas & vice versa.
If you are talking an all out fist fight WITHOUT the use of any kind of magic - I would put my money on the Oompas. We have all seen them in the film working / dancing together, while the Munchkins are a rabble.
The Munchkins also have the disadvantage that they are always drunk (allegedly) and they do have the tendancy to go off and hang themselves.

oompa loompas would win for sure. the munchkins are a bit too nice for their own good..... and the oompa loompas have much better songs too !

Munchkins definitley - there are sooooo many of 'em. Mind you, those oompa loompas can be evil little buggers. And they are painted funny. Still the Munchkins though......
