All i know is that if you can draw a perfect circle without any tools, you're insane.

Ok i just looked this up.

It turns out mathematically, there are perfect circles.
But empirically (what you can see with the naked eye), there are no perfect circles.

Very interesting.

No it is not true. All these things lie in the attitude of the viewer. You can say everything is a perfect or nothing in universe is perfect. Few people say even god is imperfect: do you agree? If you ask about me what i say is to say before saying anything as perfect or imperfect you must know or see the " perfect" thing?
If a geometric figure drawn can never be a perfect circle; can any of those people who say so, can show what type of circle is called "perfect" in their own language?
Either everything in this universe are perfect in their own or all the the things are imperfect.

There are theoretical circles, circles in space which are of course 'perfect'.

Any drawn circle cannot be perfectly round. Its just a matter of how close to perfect.
