i dont think so..blind people cannot talk because then cannot see words

Yes blind people can talk and they a great deal of intelligence. I had a young man in a youth group who spoke beautifully, highly intelligent and a great musician. Being blind they find ways to communicate with people instead of seeing them.

If a man like Stevie Wonder who was blind since the day he was born can sing, why can't any other blind person talk?!

Yes, of course. Ever heard Ray Charles sing? He was blind...and could talk and sing.
