Venus.
Venus rotates VERY slowly. Each day on Venus takes 243 Earth days. A year on Venus takes 224.7 Earth days. The same side of Venus always faces Earth when the Earth and Venus are closest together.
This is a planet on which a person would asphyxiate in the poisonous atmosphere, be cooked in the extremely high heat, and be crushed by the enormous atmospheric pressure.
Venus rotates in the opposite direction of the Earth (and the other planets, except Uranus). Looking from the north, Venus rotates clockwise, while the other planets rotate counterclockwise. From Venus, the Sun would seem to rise in the west and set in the east (the opposite of Earth). No one knows why Venus has this unusual rotation.

The answer given by Tim C above is more appropriate. Doent the fact that the Venus day being longer than the Venus year make is sound odd enough? The sun rise from the west is again one case of misfit. Besides even though its not the closest to the sun, its the hotest planet in the solar system. Despite its size being almost that of earth and larger the Mars & Pluto, it does not seem to have any satellite. Another one of its oddities. I guess this should be enough.

The Moon, even though it's not considered a planet, because it does not rotate at all like everything everything else in our universe as far as I know. Also recently I have found new information that the moon might have structures of an undetermined origin on it's surface, as well as it's dark side.

Uranus is strange because it "rolls" on its axle instead of turning in a usual spin as like as the other planets in our solar system do.

earth is by far the strangest planet I know of. Jupiter is rather fascinating just because of the size and possibilities as to what is underground there...

Earth is odd, that big moon. Saturns rings and Uranus weird rotation come close but I would say that having the moon tips the balance.

I think Neptune and Uranus because it rains diamonds on those planets.
