i walk outside, sit down on a bench and light up a cigarette. then i notice a stray cat walking past. i start following it. it passes a corner and i reach it just in time to see it pass another corner. eventually i get to an open square and i lose the cat. im standing alone and i notice the chirping sound of a bird on a tree. i walk towards it, i cannot see it but i can hear it. its a weird sound, almost painfull. then i look up and i see the stars. really clearly, in a way that i have never seen the stars before. im moving my head around to see them all. eventually i start heading back and i wake up.

I used to have this recurring dream where I would be taking the garbage out and this little cat would come up and rub along my leg and jump into my arms purring and snuggling. the dream would end there. But one night I had the dream it was different. The beginning was the same but the little cat didn't jump up. it started hissing at me instead. Then there were like 20 other cats all hissing and sounding scary and when i went to go back inside the door was locked. So there i was banging and yelling on this door while all these angry cats with the glowing eyes were hissing at me. then i would wake up just a little frightened! I don't really trust cats anymore!!
I have heard that cats in dreams are bad but i know of other dreams i have had with cats in.

Freakiest dream became as quickly as I went to a place the place there have been the souls of deceased human beings. They have been benevolent, yet in my dream I freaked out & awakened. A recurring dream. (More than one but I won't belabour this.) This one was a "flying dream." I had flying dreams over many, many years. Because I've kept a dream journal for decades, (beginning first in present tense for the absolute "truth" this gives, without intellectual interpretation, adding or deleting), only in retrospect could I "understand" the message. They weren't flying, as using wings, but "lifting" or simply "levitating." Very exciting! I'd feel myself so positive about my ability, & then, got an incredible sense of "superiority" when everyone was looking at me in amazement. This progressed through beautiful places I could "visit," (& return to at will), but I'd sometimes get a little frightened when I got too high, (lack of confidence) & would awaken before--just before--I felt myself falling. These dreams evolved into "flying" for the joy of it; not to impress, & never to be afraid. At that point, they just STOPPED. No need to interpret; it's all there. As for a "single" dream? That's kinda difficult, but at this point in my life, I'd have to choose a dream of my second husband, immediately after we briefly met. If you're "into" dreams, you'll understand--that while he appeared as a very small figure in the distance, he was at once QUITE close to me. A kite string lay along the ground between us, & the kite lay on the ground at HIS feet. My SENSE was impotency & intrigue. This was a definitive symbol of our relationship, seven years married, ten as best companions, & then his death. I always relate this dream to the song--There was a man, a very strange enchanted man...because NO ONE ever truly knew him; only in retrospect can I see that the kite represented WHO HE WAS, & that he was someone I could never fully "know"--closeness & distance as I may have said, such a dichotomy, through all the years. I mustn't get started on dreams! So many categories, so many dimensions! So--as to "...the greatest possible detail"..watch out what you ask for! You may get it!

Ok. I will never forget it. I don't know if it was a sunrise or a sunset, but it was very glorious and colorful. A short dream, in which nothing happened except I saw this stunningly beautiful sight. To this day I don't know what it signified, because I can't remember exactly when I had it, nor what happened or changed after it. Maybe it meant nothing. But I don't really believe that. That's all.

this one I had a long time ago where Jesus came and lifted me and then let me go. and another one where I was looking up at the night sky and I could see myself on this cliff, it was one of those cliffs like in a poster with a fairy in it, where the fairy is all beautiful and what have you and the grass looks all soft and mossy. yeah well I was on that trying to grab a star or something.

ok, it started out in the middle of the day. i walked out of my house and there was this train-like thing going down the road. it was just boards on wheels. most of my family was on it. i remember my grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and my family, even my 2 pets i had that died a couple years ago. they were telling me to hop on so i did. i say in the back near one of my late pets. i remember holding him. we drove down the road for a bit until we came to this river/creek place. it was very pretty there. the lake was full of healthy blooming trees. instead of stopping the train just went right over the water and floated. so now we were floating on top of the water all of us. i remmeber my dog jumped off the train and was in the water. i hurried up and grabbed him and put him back on the train. then ahead of us, i saw the front of the train go to the bottom of the lake with my aunt and uncle on it. it kinda freaked me out but my grandma told me it was ok and to just go with it. so i did and the water pulled me and my dog under. i went down a ways and then i saw a small hole at the bottom of the lake. i went to it and squeezed through the hole. i noticed i was in a house. my aunt and uncle were laying on the bed in one of the rooms and the room next to it my cousin was laying. something told me that if i didnt get out of here id sufficate. so i pushed my dog back through the hole and woke my aunt and uncle up and told them to get out, and they went up the hole, then i got my cousin and we both went up the hole. thats when i woke up.

i liked the dream, it felt so real. this happend a year ago and i can still remember it clearly.
