It was really cool. Out of all the surgeries I had, not much pain at all. The doctor did the "key-hole" technique where they cut down and around the nipple, remove the excess tissue, then lift everything up and close. It was an almost 6 hr surgery and he removed 9 lbs. I woke up with an IV, a PCA (pain control pump) and a catheter. I had 2 drains, which he took out before I was discharged. It sounds very technical, but it was not bad. I had to stay wrapped with the ace wrap for over 6 weeks. I went back to work on the 3rd week. I felt great. And, after suffering with large, saggy breasts my whole life ( the final size was a 54i before surgery) i was very pleased to be a perky 48B. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. Best of luck to you.
