Porno sites and game sites are the worst for sneaking things into your computer. Make sure that you have good virus protection and antispyware. I recommend the free Ad-Aware for spyware. It's part of Google pack but just search and go to their website.
Delete history, cookies, cache.

Do everything they said above, and go to www.ccleaner.com. Also known as crap cleaner. It removes anything harmful from your computer. It is free. Pay software? Evidence eraser.com. Best option, Don't go there. Your Wife or boss won't understand, forgive, forget, or look at you the same again. Not to mention if your kids saw it.

Never ever download any stuff from these adult sites.
And to delete all info...click tools n thn click Internet options.
Then click Delete files and click delete Temporary Internet Files.
