I don't - certainly not every time I wake. If it's in my mind when I do wake, could be because it was in my last dream, or I heard it before sleeping... or if the alarm is set to music, then could be the song I heard waking up, but not fully awake yet.

Sometimes songs are playing in my dreams.
I figure that if a song is stuck in my head it was in my dream and I just can't remember it.
Either that or something in my dream or upon wakening reminded me of a song.
Like a submarine.. then I might find myself humming yellow submarine as I go through to the bathroom... :)

try taking a 10 pound sledge to the alarm clock radio that should solve the whole problem
