Ambattur is one of the prime place in chennai, good residential area, market price is about 20 - 25 lacs ( five to ten mts. walk from OT )

@ Ambattur OT per sft costs you around +/- 5000rs. & @ AMbattur Estate it rises upto 5800 to 6k +
