It is not necessary, just stay on "D". My parents are having the same car, nice one :-)

I have heard that you should shift your car into neutral when at a stop light as it reduces wear on the transmission. Basically there is no need to do this. Even with the trans in neutral, you have fluid flow in the valve bodies, the only thing with it is that you don't have fluid going out into the clutch packs and band servos. Therefore it doesn't do any good.
Also, you want to keep your vehicle in drive so that is someone comes up behind you, you can get out of the way in a dangerous situation.

You should just leave it in d, shifting it to park all the time is not doing anyhting for it. Probably the only thing I could think of thats bad is you might neeed to change the fluid a little sooner, because it is flowing to the reverse planatary, which usually doesn't happen during driving, and you may wear out one of the clutches inside the tranny.

If it's a manual you have to clutch in and put it in first but if it's an automatic just leave it in (D)rive with your foot on the break. I Love to know that there are plenty of good drivers around me putting my life in risk everytime i drive.

I do not know this car, consult your dealer. This having been said, normal would be to have the car in N and keep your foot on the brake until the light changes.

No, leave it in drive with your foot firmly on the brake. Your wearing out the gears with needless shifting, and your not saving gas.

Just leave it in Drive and hold the brakes down until you want to go. Are you in China?

Don't shift out of D unless you plan to be stopped for several minutes. You'll do your car more harm than good.
