I want loss weight but don’t know how? I was read something good on http://www.diet-advices.com . I need some advices and meals recipes how to loose weight on health way?

hi,

Take planed diet, drink lot of water and do eercises. Also there are some effective home remedies for weight loss. Few of them are as below:

* Cabbage is considered to be an excellent home remedy for obesity. Adding cabbage in a meal would be the simplest way to fight with the obesity.

* Avoid intake of too much salt, as it may be a factor for increasing body weight.

* Chew a thin slice of fresh ginger root a few minutes before meals. Or grate a little ginger, mix with some lemon juice and salt, and eat a pinch or two.

* Your diet should include green leafy vegetables, tomatoes and carrots. They are low in calories, but high in vitamins and minerals and have real food value.

First let your doctor check that there is no health problem causing you weight problems.
To lose weight you need to do regular exercise.
Avoid fad diets - they may work for a while, but then you're back where you started from. Many people go from one fad diet to another & end up heavier than when they started.
Eat a good balanced diet of fresh fruit,vegetables, nuts & grain. Have small servings of meat and dairy food. Avoid processed & fried foods. Try to only have small servings.
Definitely no snacking between meals. You are trying to establish good eating habits as well as losing weight.

The best way to lose weight is to eat vegetables, fruits, do some exercise, and drink too much water !!
Reduce fat food...or do not eat them !!
Be aware with anorexia !, you can lose weight doing all these !

Well eating healthy gets rid of the flab and exercising builds the nice muscle. U should be strict on your diet and not cheat. Then results will come faster. Oh yeah, drink alot of water too.

I play volleyball so that's what keeps me in shape.

lessen your carbo intake.
exercise everyday.
dont drink soda & carbonated drinks bec. they are high in sugar
dont eat too much meat ( they are very hard to digest).
lessen your dessert intake.
after every meal, drink a lukewarm water so that the oil in the food that u just ate will not harden in your stomach and that will make us feel so bloated.

But u know what? sometimes u dont need diet recipe to lose weight. u can eat food that you'd like but intake must all be in MODERATION. if u will eat diet recipe only to lose weight but the serving that u get is too much, well, ur diet is going to be useless.
