Ok so i'm bi. But I was wondering ... I have this friend whom I hook up with all the time (even when she had a boy friend) She says that she's strait and just likes to hook up with girls. Do you think she's just afraid of admiting she's bi or do you think she's telling the truth?

I believe that she is bi-sexual, is one thing to admitted and another to say definitely she is. You said she was married, so she is hiding and doesn't want to admit just in case her husband finds out about it. If she was bi curious, then it would only happen tops 2 times. But she keeps coming back to you, that signifies, that she is truly a bi-sexual woman, I am sure she has her reasons to deny, and it has nothing to do with you. If you enjoy her company, let it be. You know the truth in your mind anyways. Many people live their lives like that, because it can endanger another relationship she might have, like her marriage.

I think that she is probably bi, but doesn't want to admit it because she is afraid of the social stigma. Its not for me or anyone else here to judge, but the only one she is hurting is her boyfriend. I understand what shes going though and I have some friends like that too. Its like an itch that you need to scratch sometimes. Once done its OK until it starts itching again.

Having a relationship and having sex are two different things. If she has a relationship with a boyfriend, but comes to you for sex, bisexual describes it. Is she a lesbian? She might not be. She's where I was a long, long time ago. I've been married 19 years now, beyond happy =o), never think of being physical with a woman since, but don't regret the times I was.
For you, if you're okay with things they way they are, just enjoy it. But understand she has two relationships. If you want to change it, give her the ultimatum. Either way, you're the one that you need to make sure is happy.

maybe shes still confused if she does actually like one sex or not.. just experimenting right now... not to sure... give it time. If she likes girl... you will know.. the boyfriend could just be a cover up...

I think she is trying to convince herself she is straight..maybe she don't like labels..but she is at the very least bisexual in my oppinion
