The file name is:
yahoo_slingo-3_tm1-1.exe from h.yimg.com
and internet exploder says I don't have access to the domain on this server or something when I put it (h.yimg.com) in the address bar.

thanks to those who've answered- couldn't find a way to delete it (did a file search). And yep, I meant to spell IE as "Internet *Exploder*" ;D

Open it, install it, and let it run!!!! It is for a AOL YAHOO MICROSOFT contest where you get paid $500 cash for being gullible.

It's a program file. Don't run .exe files unless it is from trusted source and the domine "h.yimg.com" is a private domain you don't have premission to access that page.

NEVER open a strange .exe file from anyone or any place. An exe file is an executable, that means it is a computer program, probably spyware or virus!

Delete that file!

.exe is an executable file.

a lot of viruses come that way. I always stick to the theory if you don't trust it, don't open it!

I would leave it alone. Don't ever ever ever open files from places you don't know.

Danger.
