He is really naughty and he's two. His parents haven't potty trained him, so he wees just about everywhere. What do I do?

Buy him a potty to wee on. Next time you'll be prepared for the next kid that comes along!

you are there to babysit, so clean up after the kid, do your job appropriately and get paid. if you dont like it next time say no thanks you have another job or just say you cant handle the kid anymore. i would accept that, i have a son who is three and would not be offended if you say that, just put in a bit of a predicament is all to find another babysitter.

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do. If it get's to be to much for you, just tell the parents to look for someone else. After all, you're just the babysitter.

change his pants and clean up after him, thats all you are there to do and they dont call it the terrible twos for nothing.
