well..this is a tough question. were you a surrogate? or just in three bad situations? at any rate that is not the point...i think being the mother who raises the child is the toughest job, so where you did an honorable thing to give up your baby for adoption to have a chance at a better life or a surrogate, you are not raising the child or being there for him or her when he or she needs their mother or father most of all. though ultimately it depends on whether you want to celebrate mothers day. i say sure why not, its your life and you know the details to it best but i am too a mother with a three year old son who is active and stubborn and I tell ya' it aint always easy being a mom

That is such a loaded question.
Did you have open adoptions?
Do you see your biological children?
Regardless if you gave them up for adoption or not you ARE and always will be their Birth-Mother.
SO, if you want to Celebrate Mother's Day. Then you should.
You also made someone else a Mother too!
After rereading your message. I realized you gave them up all together? So you spent time with your Children?
The same applies either way.

Mother is a person who have a heart to love, care and always there for her children. You can adopt these children because someone out there who are so irresponsible that give up these children. These people are not mother because they don't have a heart, they are cruel and cold blooded.Mothers are not like that. These three kids are lucky that they found you,you are their mother, thats all.Mother's Day is for every mother, you are one, right? Why should you forget?

Do you see the children? Usually you celebrate Mother's Day with your kids and/or husband. What do you mean by celebrate? I guess I don't understand what you want.

If you loved them enough to send them to perhaps a better environment than you could provide at the time...That shows a remarkable amount of love! What a great mom you are! Happy Belated Mother's Day!

Anyone can have a baby but it takes someone real special to be a mom. The woman raising your biological kids is the one who stays up with them when their sick, helps with homework etc. You gave that right up when you gave up your kids. I'm not saying that in a bad way, if you thought they were better off than chances are they are & hats off to you but you can't go back in time.
