the costs and hassles really arent a problem...ill do anything if it gives me the right to sign legal papers that are binding in all states...its almost an emergency

Marrying is not worth the complications.
You will have the rights to do anything but drink at 18.
Become emancipated or wait.

The costs and hassles of marriage for convenience aren't worth it. Just do the emancipation.
