Hey hey, I know this is really dumb of me to ask but I reallllly want this Laptop: HP Pavilion dv2000t ....or a cool laptop with 1GB or more I have a Sony laptop now but i can't sell it or anything, because no one will buy it. It keeps on freezing and heating up, and it has a LOUD fan. So if there are any GENEROUS people out there who are willing to spend a lil extra money, and buy it for me, i would sooo appreciate it!! I am a college student, and i don't even get financial aid, and im in the process of becoming a Nurse, and Im 18 years old and dont have a job yet! LoL, although i do volunteer in the ER durin spare time. Well thanks so much to everyone , and happy holidays :-) Im even willing to trade the one i have now for a new laptop. :-( pleeeeeaseee

Sure, I'll just let my kids go without Christmas presents this year and send that laptop right to ya.
Seriously, if you get even a part-time job, and save all your earnings, you'll have enough to buy yourself a new laptop in no time.

I don't know where you are, but if you start now and head north, I have a good feeling that you might catch Santa before he leaves the north pole.
In the meantime try your schtick on freecycle.org. Maybe some sucker is trying to get rid of just that make and model. (or at least give the Sony POS to someone who can use it - there's a guy here in my area who takes the old 'puters and makes them go and gives them to students)
