Well, none actually today itself, but looking back I've learned tons of lifes lessons and wish, like everyone else that I could back time up.
I would have never touched a cigarette, never touched alcohol, any drugs, never married a stripper when I was 21, never.... oh heck, this will take a book or more like an encyclopdia set or two.
I wish I had never yelled at my wife of 22 years last summer. Now she's 1000 miles away and we'll probably never see eachother again. :(

In the bathroom, taking the toilet paper with the flap under and not over and switching it. For some reason the men in my family have the flap over.

I don't know about life's lessons, but I learned that my son is an excellent cook !

Yes - I again learned the laws of physics and stomachs: you cannot put a quart into a pint container - or at least you shouldn't... Praise Alka Seltzer!!!

I realized that at each family party, when looking at pictures and trying to remember old times, there is no such thing as years. "Let's see, that was when (insert child's name here) was 2 years old, so we were stil at the old house." It wasn't 1990, it was when so-an-so was 5 years old.

do not try to be ever so nice nasty and not think that condition will not come back to you.

also, was once again reminded that ultimately one's happiness is up to one's self.
