Yes. You can go to any site with a PSP as long as you have a connection. You can't play online games though or download stuff.

I tried going to myspace with my psp, but it woldn't let me log in. Often times the search/type bar will be in the wrong place (like down furthur on the page, overlapping on some other text), and when I put in my email and password, the page reloaded, with my email adress typed in with password box empty, and it says "You must be logged in to do that". I type in my password again, but it says the same thing. However, it does let you look at other peoples pages.

The biggest problem with the psp browser is that it always says there is not enough memory. You can look at pictures if they are not too big, and there's not alot of ads and stuff on the page.
