I've been stressed out lately, I've had no social life with my friends or my family in 4 months, Isolated trying to finish college... don't worry I'm not a suicidal person, it's common that people tend to think that anyone that Isolates themselves are going to go bananas and hang themselves, but that's not always the case, it isn't the way I'm wired to take my own life. I'm just wondering what are some really good tips for handling stress.. I've tried walking, that didn't work, exercising... that didn't work either.

Any ideas?

Take some time out to have a social life.
It will help tremendously.
Humans are social animals and need a social life.

Personally I play a lot of video games and watch anime.

But I would recommend having some good friends to hang out with. And some pretty sweet music calms me down.

just relax in your room or at the park alone with house music. usually for me to handle stress is to spend some time alone... reading books or just do nothing.
maybe you should also try catching up with your social life. having fun and enjoying can take the stress away.
try drinking vitamins too.

what interest u have that makes ur happy? a positive interest, what are soemthing that ur thankful for? focus on the solution not the problem.... jus get something to take up ur time that will uplift u..

pray to almighty God! it's kind of therapy to be able to open up to God, to communicate to Him, to tell Him all your problems and asked for Him to help you.......

i find it helps me a lot to face the world daily by praying to God everytime and anytme.
