Just go to "tools" then "internet options" then select "delete cookies", "delete files" and "clear history." You don't need a program for that, it is part of your system and internet explorer.

if u got Internet explorer 7 the u can do this from the browser in options
If not go get it or then if older browser go to start /all programs / accesories / system tools Disk clean Up and u will get an option to delete whatever u choose
U do need windows to do this .Hopefully u have windows XP

CCleaner is probably the best one that does the job. It not only cleans out unwanted stuff, it also fixes registry issues and comes with many helpful tools.
