These days we spend a fair bit of time doing different rehabilitation exercises with the physio or fitness trainer. Because it can be hard to maintain a high level of fitness during the season we use every opportunity we can to keep as fit as possible. When these are done, most of the guys do their own thing. I like to drink a coffee and read the papers, a book and watch the action out in the middle. Other guys just take it easy and relax and recharge their batteries for the next time they are out on the field. The invention of the iPod has been a great innovation into the cricket changing room as well.
