Yes, Good players keep on coming in Australian side - we have Nathan Bracken, Michael Hussey , Michael Clarke , Mitchell Johnson . There are some good young allrounders too . Australian team also has a good rotational policy . So they will still be quite a good team even after Mcgrath and Warne retire .

What do you think Australia has been able to do for the past ump-deen years! Produce good cricketers. When Craig Mc Dermott left everyone got really worried about our page stocks. Australia has been and always will be producing decent cricketers. We are a country that is domminated by cricket in the summer. It is what we did as kids growing up - cricket in the back yard etc.

Dan Cullen is on the ACB list of contracted players. Shane Warne has motivated a generation of spinners. Don't worry the Aussies will always be up there. If we aren't belting everyone else in the world we will sure as heck giving the best we have.

there are some great players coming up thru the domestic comp

when warne and mcgrath retire, we have cullen and clark
when gilchrist, langer, hayden retire, we have hadden, jaques etc.

dw the aussies will b fine
although i think the selector are a bit scared of bringing young blood into the team too quick
the team as a whole is oldest than since 1920s
so perhaps that is a worry

Cricket is played in all the schools in Australia it is our summer sport every kid that picks up the bat dreams of playing for Australia.The kids we have coming through may be even more dominant and in a few years time we might see Warnes and McGraths sons in the baggy green cap.

I strongly feel that after retirement of Mc Grath and Warne, Australia will have to struggle hard if they have to retain No. 1 position in Test Cricket, especially because some of their other star performers lick Ricky Ponting are also getting old.

Yes with brett lee and and stuart clark stepping up we should remain at top spot for a while and if looking for a spinner then brad hogg can slow batsmen down and get them frustrated till they make a mistake

It goes without saying that Australian cricket will miss these two legends of the game. Not only will the team miss their massive amounts of Test wickets but their aura and experience will be nearly impossible to match. Having said that, life always goes on and, as sad as their departure will be, we will have to have faith in the very strong system we are lucky to have in Australian cricket. This system will hopefully keep producing cricketers that keep us on top of the world.

Ya, No doubt about it;

They are not rely on key players like Sachin, Dhoni what we believe in India; they believe in their team effort - rather than one man show.......
