No...I'd probably say Top 5, but not #1. If I had to pick one guy it would be Marvin Harrison. He's not as flashy, but he gets the job done and he's so consistent. It's tough to argue with Steve Smith though. He's pretty remarkable. I think Hines Ward is probably the most underrated. I think he could put up much bigger numbers if he didn't play for a run-first team. And he's hands down the best blocking WR in the game.

Johnson shines for sure; and Smith is a star in his own right ; but if you took the two best receivers from every team in the NFL and ran them thru a battery of test with the identical chances, circumstances, and conditions; Randy Moss would terrorize lames like T.O., and even the recent competitors like Johnson, who're on streaks with superior teams and QB's......Moss has a cast of underqualified interception artist, and an offensive line that cant block a spam pop-up

Jerry Rice and Micheal Irvin were the best ever. This year it is Steve Smith. If he were on a team that used him the way he should be used, he would be even better.
Johnson is good and he would probably benefit from being on another team. But he is not the best.

right now, I would go with Chad because of his well play, but Roy Williams is very good as well. All time you have to go with Jerry Rice

It may be Steve Smith. Although he is short, he can jump and has long arms. Great vertical leap. i.e. Mogsy Boggs could dunk a basketball.
