lipstick contains many chemicals which are ok on the skin of the lips which do not have sensitive pores but when placed on the cheeks could cause an allergic reaction. Generally one should not use lipstick as bluch especially if you are prone to rashes. Once in a while if you are really pressed for time its ok but dont make it a habbit!! and also many lipsticks have lead which never leaves the body and is extremely harmful...on the whole..try to avoid applying lipstick as blush

It's technically safe, yes.
But.. Why would you use lipstick as a blush? Can you imagine how hard it'd be to take off? (Most lipsticks nowaday are advertised as "long-lasting").
Just go to CVS and drop $2.00 on some cheap blush.

NO NO NO NO! Trust me. It is really great at first, but you will eventually get unclearable pimples that will itch and appear non-stop. I used to do this too because I loved the glossy look. You MUST leave it off your face. If you like the shine, try going for a Physician's formula bronzer for only $10 at a target or rite aid. You can go with the cheaper method and buy white eye shadow or a champaigne eye shadow and put it on your cheeks on top of your blush. Go with ballerina pink for the blush if you are pale. Hope that helps!

Yes defienlty just make sure its the right shade and it doesnt smudge to much try not to apply the stick directly to your face take your finger or use a cotton bud and use that to aply it to your skin. Also it should be fine because here in the country I live in there is a compact that has powder that even can be lipstick!!!

haha since this said "Girls Only" I thought it was gonna be some vaginal health question.

BUT

Lipstick is fine to use as blush I guess... I just doubt it's consistencey as a blush.. like it just seems to creamy/thick and goopy. Personally I think it would look bad, plus if your prone to breakouts, I wouldn't recommend using anything but real blush as blush.

It's old fashioned. Only people in the 30s or.... did that. besides it may hurt your cheeks. Lips and cheeks are very different, you know. Be careful. Just use blush they are meant for cheeks.

Sure, I use that sometimes if I want my blush on to stay.

Eh I never heard of doing that before. Sounds a bit odd to me. I'd ask someone who really knows (maybe ask a beauty salon).

Yup you can. But don't do it too often as you might develop some rash on your cheeks since you also use the colour stick on your lips.
