Actually, it was Scuttle the seagull who dubbed the fork 'a dinglehopper'!

Scuttle : It's a dinglehopper. Humans use these little babies... to straighten their hair out. See? Just a little twirl here and a yank there and voila. You've got an aesthetically pleasing configuration of hair that humans go nuts over.

A dinglehopper is a fork! My 5 y/o loves to comb her hair with plastic forks and I find myself telling to use her dinglehopper. She thought that was pretty funny!
