~Nah, just makes you an ignorant bigoted moron. Or a good neocon Republican. Georgie the Younger probably has an opening for you in the State Department.

The short answer to all the points is that it depends.
*the $$ I make belongs to me and my family, not some mid-level governmental functionary,be it Democratic or Republican
---would you rather that all taxes are taken out before you receive your paycheck?
*owning a gun doesn't make you a killer
---true, but remember that owning a gun can make you and your family more likely to become a murderer or be murdered
*being a minority doesn't make you noble or victimized, and doesn't entitle you to anything.
---true to some degree, but keep in mind the level of racism in this country
*that if you're selling me a Big Mac,try to do it in English.
---perhaps workers who do not know English that well keep prices down
*fireworks should be legal on the 4th of July.
---correct, especially for people that have no clue how to handle them but buy them anyway
*everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.
---as long as it doesn't interfere with others' lives
*if you're too stupid to know how a ballot works,I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next 4 years
---add, if you're too stupid to have elected the current president
*the cops have every right to shoot your sorry *** if you're running from them.I also think they have the right to pull your *** over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what color you are.
---it depends. the police have a duty to protect everyone. it would be improper for the police to attempt to shoot someone on a busy street if he or she is running while the officer is writing a jaywalking violation
*I've never owned a slave,or was a slave,I didn't wander forty years in the desert after getting chased out of Egypt. I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks, neither have U
---slavery still exists in part of the world

*$$ I make...right, let's just eliminate the government entirely.
*owning a gun...is fine, but you no citizen needs fully automatic weapons, assult rifles, or armor piercing rounds.
*selling a Big Mac...That's right, you better speak english, while I send my business overseas so I can line my pockets with money made possible by the sweat and desperation of poverty
*too stupid to know how a ballot works...gee that's interesting. Our last two elections gave us quite possibly the dimist President in U.S. history. No one more capable, or intelligent available? Oh ya, the SMART voters put him in office.
Bad American...no, perhaps just prone to believe others propaganda. Maybe you're just unwilling to probe a bit deeper, think on your own.

I agree with most of it. The part where the cops "have every right to shoot your sorry ***"--that I have to disagree with. So if I'm just a scared 17 year old kid that has a mean father whenever he gets out of line, runs from the cop, not because he has done something terrible but because he's afraid of "dad" jumpin on his butt, he gets to be shot? That's pretty drastic. And gives the government much too much authority without accountability.

No, it doesn't make you a bad American. In fact, I agree with it also, but I think comments like this make you sound intolerant. I think that is mostly the fault of how people read it, though. But, most of the issues you bring up aren't absolutes. Sure, fireworks should be legal, but I hope 10 year olds aren't buying them. Same with guns. It doesn't make you a killer, but I sure would like to make it harder for killers to get guns. I like my money too, but I'm willing to pay taxes is it means my country can be defended and my kids can go to good schools.

the only thing i don't agree with is "the cops have every right to shoot your sorry *** if you're running from them" that is not true because if it was then cops would mostly be charged on 1st degree murder. take this hypothetical situation.
a white guy for instance wearing a blue shirt and red jacket and black pant robs a bank and a woman sees him running away with the money and goes to tell the cop and gives her description, whilst another white guy wearing a blue shirt and red jacket and black pants comes out of a grocery store with a bag of groceries and starts running for the train because he sees it came and doesn't want to miss it. if you believe in what you say you do the cop listens to the description and runs after the only guy he sees which is the guy from the grocery store and sees that guy running away but he isn't running from the cop he is just running for the train but the cop thinks he is running away from him, so in your way the cop shoots and kills the WRONG guy. so is that justifiable?

This doesn't make you a bad American at all. In fact i wish the people were in charge instead of bush and the Government.
The police do have a right to shoot a person crazy A$$ if you run from them. Not to kill you but to make you hit the ground.
we should not have to pay taxes because that is stooped.
why should i just give my hard earned money to the government when he alone makes more then the city. That's like giving your money to a crack head. The people in charge don't do nothing but
blow that money like on statues or their own personal things. They wipe the money we give them with their a$$e$.
That what makes me mad, the government and the President

Truer words have never been spoken. Most Americans feel the way you do. However the loudest individuals have made it appear otherwise. Also you are a good American who is tolerant. The only thing you are intolerant of is a fool.

You sound like a person who may feels like they're losing the country or something. You're entitled to your opinion and I respect that if we agree or not. The questions will you respect someone else who does't agree with you. Or do you consider them bad AMERICANS if they disagree your stances. If you don't allow room for other opinions then I would say YES you are a bad American.

no... it would just make you plain... cliche... and afraid to think out side the way society has taught you to think...
these are generalities... some based in obvious fact... others political propaganda that have little base in fact..
you sound like you're 15 and think you have the world figured out...
you can't even come up with an original belief structure... is this from an e-mail or off a web site?
