people that eat fast food are likely to get fat, and clogged arteries, or even killed. if we ban these places less people would be effected!! whats your opinion? i use to work at mcdonalds and after i was fired i started thinking they were too fatty, cuz when i worked there i could really see how much fat the was, it was so much and so much that after cooking those patties u gotta scrape it off every time. this is very aweful and from experiencing it i will never apply at a fastfood place again, and plus its too fast paced for me anyways. well what can u say?.

I disagree.

If you really wanted a solution, just have the FDA make higher standards for the foods. That way, these restaurants can make healthier foods that still taste good.

One of the number one reasons people enjoy fast food is because of the convenience and affordability. We can still keep that a factor, the only real change that needs to be made is what goes into the food.

Are u kidding? Not that I'm a fan of fast food or anything but I don't think we should ban it from this world. It's a busy lifestyle, people have lotsa work in the office that they hardly have the time to eat! that is when the fastfood comes in handy!

Well I cant say I am surprised you got fired. People have this thing called free will. If people want to eat enough fast food that is causes them to become fat then let them. If they are not smart enough to eat healthy and go for fast food in moderation then its their choice. Fast food makes too much money for anyone of real intelligence to even think they could be banned. Why don't you do a little research and put your efforts to something worth while instead of frivolous bullsh*t.

The problem is, who would decide how to get rid of them. it is the people's choices. The law suits are what should be banned from this world. But if they did remove fast food restaurants how would they decide? Where would the limet be?
Could someone one day make ice cream illegal because it is high in fat? Would that be fair?

i think the govt needs to stay out of our lives. you can't ban fast food just b/c it's high in fat. what next, ban all foods high in fat in the grocery store?? people need to be responsible for themselves. you're not getting fat b/c mcdonalds exist, you're getting fat b/c that's the only place you eat! and they do serve salads, choose that or chicken instead of a big mac. or choose not to eat there at all. but let me choose to if i want to.

I believe that those people who have weight issues or other problems should know better than to eat this greasy stuff. Yeah, like half of it is a heartattack on a bun but those eopl should take reponsibity for their actions and maybe try to even exercise a little afterward.

not only that, but food should reflect heart and soul. like the food our grandmothers made. when we eat we should be able to sit and have a conversation and enjoy the food and company. everything is to fast anymore, no one stops and smells the roses (sorry for the cliche) but its true.

People do not HAVE to eat at fast food places...it is their choice, and it is not up to you to tell people that they cannot eat what they want.
