About O2 XDA NEO PDA mobile phone?

The camera of the phone is behaving very erraticaly.When the camera is started , the images are very blurred and instead color pixels are scattered on the screen. Interestingly sometimes the camra functions normaly also.
Can anybody help me sort out this prob?

Try to make a hard reset your phone to solve this problem. make a backup before hard reset to save your inportant data such as contact, sms or notes...
