Spider-Man 3 since the First Two have killed at the Box Office.
Transformers while good, won't beat out Spidey and Venom.

Spiderman 3 will do better because of the built in audience for the films .
Transformers will do great buisness if they do not make it into a kiddie film .

unless they came out with a newer trailer for Transformers with scenes and all then Spiderman.. till i see different i cant say.
Id say by story line its a tie.

although spiderman is suppossedly extra useful than transformers, shila is really one of my widespread actors so i'd might want to say, it relies upon on which movie subject you likemore, and which actor is your widespread.

Spider-Man 3 by far because Michael Bay's name is not attached to it. What else did Michael Bay direct??? oh yeah Pearl Harbor which sucked.
