I have a couple of friends that say that I'm going to become gay and futureless if I don't quite playing Neopets and Pokemon. I know that's not true. But I can't help but wonder. So I'll ask you guys about it.

Your friend is just doing what she wants to do, and likes to do. I'm sure that you have your moments of things that are very "child-like" as well. I'm 20, and I was just playing neopets about 15 minutes ago. Do you still watch Disney movies? Those are directed at younger kids, you know. Does that mean that you have to just stop watching something, or doing something because you reach a certain age? I certainly don't think so. She wants to be herself and do the things she wants. A true friend would accept her for what she likes, whether you do or not. After all, she's the one playing neopets and watching Pokemon, not you. In addition, I'd just like to throw in that I bought a pack of the Original pokemon cards the other day. <3

No. Not at all. First of all, I'm almost 16 and I still occasionally go on neopets, and buy the newest installments of pokemon games. My sister, who is 24, also does this. My friends MOM plays neopets. So, I'd say it isn't gay and hopeless.
Oh yeah, and you might want to reconsider your "friendship" with these people.

Meh. I'm 24 and I still play both Neopets and Pokemon from time to time. Tell your friends to get a life.

To be considered gay is utterly pointless, because you personally choose to be. Seriously, ask your parents what GAY is, and tell your parents that your "friends" feel you are.
On a side note, I am 20 years old, and straight, and I play Pokemon still.

No. But EVENTUALLY you have to pass it on to someone younger. It gets creepy in your late teens-twenties... you know... Enjoy it while it is still considered normal by the mass. I know some 17 year olds that do it, but I quit at about 13-14(neopets can go before Pokemon, THAT is worse)

tell your friends their gay for not seeing the joy of it, idk about neopets though. pokemon is ok but what really rocks is yu-gi-oh!!! i love the show, game, everything. ok well yea you are not gay just like i'm not a childish boy for liking that stuff. hate neopets but you know what i mean. ok but yea i'm 13 so don't worry, like what you like and dominate those who judge you. power to ya bud!
